Toll road accounts

Toll accounts make payingPaying by account is the most convenient way to pay your tolls easy. They cover all toll roads and as many different vehicles as you like.toll. Your account covers travel on all toll roads .

Choose the account that’s right for you. WeHave more than one vehicle? You can have three options for you to choose from.multiple vehicles on one account.

There are three account options to choose from. 

Automatic top upsSet & Go

You choose the amount. Your account tops up automatically from your debit/credit card or direct debit (ie from your bank account) when your balance gets low.Previously known as Pre-pay.

We call this Set & Go.

Automatically tops you up so you don’t have to.

Your account will automatically top up with your chosen amount, from your nominated debit or credit card or by direct debit when your balance falls below the minimum amount.

Top up remindersRemind Me

We’ll sendReminds you an emailto top up when your balanceaccount is low. You choose when and how to top it up.

You’ll be sent  an email* when your account balance falls below the minimum amount. You choose when and how to top it up.

We call this Remind Me. * You will only receive a reminder email if you provide a valid email address when creating your account.

It’s important you double-check your email address is correct when you sign up for an account.

If you’ve already got a Remind Me account, you can top up your account .

Monthly invoiceBill Me

For commercial organisations.Previously known as Post-pay.

Travel on any New Zealand toll road as many times as you like and we’ll send you an invoice at the end of each month.No hassle monthly billing, ideal for business customers.

You’ll pay by direct debit on the 20 th of the following month (or the next working day if it’s a public holiday).

We call this Bill Me.

At the end of each month you’ll receive an invoice for all travel on our toll roads. Payment is by direct debit on the 20th of the following month or the first working day thereafter.

POLi

If you have internet banking with ANZ, ASB, BNZ, Kiwibank, TSB Bank, Westpac or Bank Direct, then you can top up your Remind Me   account by POLi (internet banking).

Managing your account

You can manage your toll road account online, including:

  • update your contact details
  • add, delete or change your registration plates
  • change your top up amount and manually top up your account
  • view statements and invoices.
